I am a local Christian and award winning Iowa artist. I have drawn and painted since I was a child it's always been a passion of mine!  I never had time as an adult to professionally create art for others until I was pregnant with my son.  I wanted to do something to help with the bills but wanted to stay home with my kids and make my own hours... So I tested the waters by placing an ad on craigslist for an artist for hire! Within 24 hours I was booked up for two months..... I couldn't believe it! 

I love children and decided to base most of my art work around them.  Although I do art work for adults too! Then to add to the mix when my son turned 3 I wanted to hire a face painter and a balloon artist... but there was noway that I was going to pay the prices out there.  So I learned how to do it myself and have been blessed enough to make a successful business out of it!  I now not only paint anything that sits still long enough but I help entertain at parties and events.  I offer many packages and have been blessed enough to have many great clients come my way! I've face painted of course for many in home parties.. which I love!  and I never come empty handed....I always paint a name plaque to give to the birthday child! I love face painting at public events! They are so much fun!  And recently my daughter has started coming with me (13 yrs old) and would always help me and help the parents at the parties and sure enough people ask for her by name now to help at their events and parties.  She even does Princess Parties or Character Parties... she is great and the kids love her!  I feel very blessed with the gifts God gave me and my daughter.
